babina Plus Schoko Bons

Ingredients: 

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 40 g babina Plus
  • 30 g ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g milk chocolate

Method:

Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a simmering pan of water to melt the chocolate. Roast the hazelnuts in a hot pan without oil. Stir the babina Plus into the melted chocolate. Then gradually stir in the roasted hazelnuts until you reach a porridge consistency. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator and roll into small egg shapes when the mixture has reached a suitable consistency. Break the milk chocolate and melt carefully over water. Place the egg shapes on a fork and coat them with the milk chocolate. Place on baking paper to dry.
