Dulce de leche Cheescake

Ingredients: 

Serves 4

  • 7 Oreo biscuits
  • 30 g butter
  • 125 g «Dulce de Leche»
  • 40 g babina Plus
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml (whipped) cream

Method:

For the base, crumble the Oreo cookies and place in a bowl. Stir in the melted butter. Divide the biscuit mixture into 4 dessert glasses, press firmly and refrigerate. Mix the Dulce de Leche cream with the cream cheese and babina Plus. Whip the cream until stiff and add to the mixture. Pour into the glasses and chill for 4 hours.

To make a larger cheesecake: double the quantities and use a 20 cm springform tin.
