babina Plus Coconut Candies

Ingredients: 

  • 25 ml water
  • 60 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g babina Plus
  • 60 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g roasted hazelnuts

Method:

Combine the water, butter and sugar in a pan and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and stir in the powdered milk and coconut (leave about 20 g for decoration). Refrigerate to cool. Roll the mixture into balls, placing a nut in the centre before rolling them in the remaining shredded coconut.
