
Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 15 g butter
- 100 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 90 ml water
- 3 spoons babina Plus (15 g)
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Method:
Melt the butter on a low heat and set aside. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl and form a hollow. Mix the water, babina Plus, egg and melted butter; pour into the hollow. Beat the mixture to a smooth batter. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Pour in portions of batter for pancakes of 6-8cm. Bake on both sides at medium heat until golden brown. Keep warm. Serve the pancakes with honey, fruit compote or fruit.
